How “No-Fear” Sales Benefits You

Colorado Restoration Experts is your “no-fear” guide to meth and asbestos remediation.

Meth and asbestos are toxic hazards to your home. No doubt about it. But scare tactics and hasty decisions often make the problem worse, not better. You need to find a remediation company you can trust.

In our experience, we see property owners suffer from two major consequences when they find themselves in high-pressure sales situations.

  • They’re forced to redo (and repay for) restoration projects that weren’t done correctly the first time.
  • They unknowingly return to a building that wasn’t thoroughly decontaminated, which can result in serious risks of health issues.

Hazard remediation is never “fun.” But Colorado Restoration Experts prioritizes the customer experience from start to finish. Working with us, you can expect deep peace of mind surrounding your property, health, and budget.

Customer Education

Meth and asbestos remediation can be a confusing and frightening process. Testers, contractors, and health officials all have a role to play in a proper remediation project. We believe that simple outlines and scientific explanations can put your contamination into perspective.

Movies and shocking news articles have made meth contamination into a big boogeyman. It’s not. Meth contamination is a serious issue, but buildings can be cleaned and many victims recover after restoring the affected property.

For example, the CDC conducted a study on a family living in a former meth lab. Initially, the family suffered from “asthma-like symptoms, trouble sleeping, and behavior changes.” However, “Most of the health problems identified in all family members, including the youngest child, were observed to resolve over time (6–12 months) after they were moved from the contaminated premises.”

Colorado Restoration Experts is committed to your well-being and education. Questions? Ask one of our professional team members.

Code Compliance

Colorado Restoration Experts take federal and state guidelines seriously. Unfortunately, not every remediation company does. But in our 80+ years of professional experience (and that’s just between our management team), we’ve kept a clean operations record.

Staying up to code is not an easy task. Remediation companies must comply with strict governmental regulations. For Colorado,  Regulation 8 Control of Hazardous Air Pollutants (a 200+ page document of Colorado’s remediation policies) must be strictly followed for every job. Part B, Asbestos Control outlines stringent guidelines for handling this hazard.

Additionally, this 50+ page document of Colorado’s remediation policies deals with methamphetamine decontamination regulations. In fact, Colorado law is stricter than federal law. But compliance is worth it – for the sake of your equity investments and family’s health.

Transparent, Line-Item Estimates

Many customers contact us about a hazard-affected property and ask, “What is meth and asbestos remediation going to cost me?”

Our answer, “A lot less if you work with us.”

We won’t give you a specific number until we’ve visited your property, but we will give you an honest estimate of what needs to be done – even if it means a lower bid on the project. In many cases, we’ll visit a contaminated home where the homeowner has agreed to treat the entire structure. We ask the homeowner if they’ve tested each room. Often, the homeowner says they haven’t; they assumed that if meth or asbestos was discovered, they’d have to decontaminate the whole house. Assumptions like these are often wrong.

Don’t overpay for unnecessary services. Get a free, line-item estimate from Colorado Restoration Experts.

Not every company offers line-item estimates. Other remediation companies give broad estimates of $10,000 or more under the category “Remediation services.” Often, this is overpriced or it’s so broad that companies will continue adding costs as the project develops.

With a line-item estimate, you know what you’re paying for and you are less likely to be surprised by “additional” charges. It’s yet another way we put you, the customer, first.
